About The Position

The Shuttle Driver at Sheraton Westport Hotels is responsible for escorting guests to and from the hotel, assisting with their luggage, and providing information about hotel facilities and accommodations. This role requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to navigate the property while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1 year of driving experience (preferred).
• Class E License (required).
• Ability to commute to St. Louis, MO 63146 (required).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Retrieve guest items from cars, buses, vans, and carts, and transport luggage throughout the hotel.
• Read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets, and provide them to guests.
• Organize and store luggage in a designated area as necessary.
• Escort customers to their accommodations and inspect rooms for deficiencies.
• Listen and respond to guest inquiries with accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Follow Sheraton Service Promise guidelines by responding promptly to guest requests.
