About The Position

The Shuttle Driver Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the shuttle drivers and ensuring that job expectations are met. This includes developing and training drivers, reviewing and approving work schedules, maintaining excellent client relations, handling customer complaints, managing employee work hour reports, overseeing the customer service program, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
  • Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
  • Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues positively

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience: 1 year+
  • Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+

Responsibilities

  • Develop and train shuttle drivers to ensure job expectations are met
  • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings
  • Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
  • Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll
  • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals
  • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
  • Complete required reports
