About The Position

As a Shuttle Driver / Porter, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first and lasting impression for our guests. You'll ensure the dealership runs smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding service.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently, independently and with a team.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Familiarity with detailing products, tools, and techniques.
Commitment to delivering a high level of service and quality to our guests.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
Safely transport vehicles on and off the lot, to and from service bays, and other areas as required.
Keep the lot neat and orderly, ensuring vehicles are displayed correctly and accessible.
Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicles to ensure they meet Bergstrom’s high standards of presentation.
Assist with keeping the service drive and dealership premises clean and organized.
Provide assistance to sales, service, and management teams as needed.
