About The Position

As a Shuttle Driver / Porter, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first and lasting impression for our guests. You'll ensure the dealership runs smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding service.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently, independently and with a team.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with detailing products, tools, and techniques.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of service and quality to our guests.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
  • Safely transport vehicles on and off the lot, to and from service bays, and other areas as required.
  • Keep the lot neat and orderly, ensuring vehicles are displayed correctly and accessible.
  • Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicles to ensure they meet Bergstrom’s high standards of presentation.
  • Assist with keeping the service drive and dealership premises clean and organized.
  • Provide assistance to sales, service, and management teams as needed.
