About The Position

The Shuttle Driver/ Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous transportation for guests, while also supporting front-of-house guest service operations. This role ensures guests receive a warm welcome, clear communication, and a consistently positive experience from arrival through departure.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to pass background and driving history checks.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Strong knowledge of safe driving practices.
Ability to lift and transport luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality, customer service, or driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport guests to and from designated locations (properties, parking areas, event sites, attractions, etc.).
Maintain knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and OEHG property locations.
Provide luggage assistance and ensure proper handling of guest belongings.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report any mechanical issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vehicles, both interior and exterior.
Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations.
Greet guests warmly, offering assistance with check-in, check-out, luggage, and resort information.
Provide accurate information about property amenities, local attractions, dining options, and activities.
Assist with guest requests, special accommodations, and transportation scheduling.
Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments to ensure prompt service.
Handle basic front desk tasks such as answering phones, assisting with keys, or coordinating with housekeeping and bell staff (as applicable).
Support overall lobby and guest-service operations as needed.
