About The Position
The purpose of the DOT Shuttle Driver is to perform pickup and delivery of daily routes to domicile drivers and return empty trailers for reloading back to the warehouse. The driver is expected to perform as a safe and courteous driver, maintain cleanliness of tractors/trailers, adhere to FMCSA laws and regulations, ensure proper fueling of equipment, and bring tractors and trailers in for service when needed. The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and customer service, with a focus on maintaining the overall condition of the equipment used during the shift.
