About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Driver Dispatchers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.
What we're looking for:
Deep familiarity with Wooster and the surrounding Wayne County area to assist drivers with navigation.
Capable of handling high-volume phone calls while simultaneously monitoring driver radio traffic and dispatch software.
Strong verbal clarity for radio transmissions and a professional, empathetic tone for passenger inquiries.
Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
Quick thinking to reroute vehicles around local road closures or unexpected traffic delays.
Support our safety initiatives and maintaining clear records of daily driver and vehicle activity.
Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies drivers or supervisor of potential problems.
Reports accidents or other safety situations to supervisor.
Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service: 1 year+
• Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
