About The Position

What You'll Do: Operate a Class A commercial vehicle (tractor trailer) to making pick-ups and deliveries at various local warehouses and customer locations. This is a no-touch, local, home daily position. Schedule is generally Friday through Monday, 2:30 pm to 12:30 am. Maintain all appropriate paperwork, such as bills of lading and invoices. Strictly adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations including daily trip logs, pre- and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections, and hours of service.

Requirements

• A valid and current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in the state of residence.
• 2 years' CDL A experience.
• No conviction for driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs within the past five (5) years.
• No more than four (4) moving violations in the past 36 months.
• No preventable accidents involving a fatality or bodily injuries treated away from the scene within three years.
• Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Experience with refrigerated (reefer) trailers preferred.
