Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR and drug screen.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to vehicle leasing contract requirements.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times.
• Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park as applicable.

Nice To Haves

• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of manual transmission driving.

Responsibilities

• Shuttles guests to appropriate places that are approved by manager and the client contact.
• Communicates by telephone, two-way radio and in person in a courteous, friendly and professional manner with all guests, location staff and co-workers.
• Operates a vehicle that seats fifteen people or less, including driver, and inspects the vehicle for proper operation.
• Protects guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements and maintains the security of client financial and identifying information.
• Assists patrons with entering and exiting the vehicle and may be required to use specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts.
