Onsight Healthcare has been contracted to support Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee! Part-time Position | $17/hour | Monday - Friday | Weekends Off! Shift Details Available Part-Time Shift Part-time employees will work Monday through Friday weekly. Monday through Thursday, shifts will be from 2:00pm to 6:00pm Friday's shifts will be from 11:00am to 6:00pm Key Responsibilities When Shuttling employees Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility Answer employees' questions regarding offices or department locations. Follows a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off employees. Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle. When not shuttle driving Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment for your co-workers and passengers Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all employees and team members Answer employees' questions regarding medical offices or department locations. About You… You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and how to keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment. You are well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service while working. You are over the age of 21, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment. Requirements

  • Over the age of 21 years old
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • A CDL License is not required
  • Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (Permit or Probationary License not accepted )
  • At least 1 year of shuttle or large delivery vehicle driving experience is required
  • A strong, personable, customer-centric background is required
  • Extremely safe driver, familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
  • Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
  • Work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together representing Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Adequately able to operate apps/technology on a tablet, and continuously learning about new software that may be applied to daily tasks
  • Move with urgency and speed to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
  • Work in a sitting position, driving for an entire shift
  • Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lb
  • Effectively able to build relationships with your team and others in a professional manner
  • Ability to walk, stand, push, and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional Shuttle services, ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings
  • Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthen the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges boarding the shuttle
  • Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
  • Meticulously maintain records, including photos of the vehicle, condition, and other records as needed
  • Efficiently manage shuttle logistics, adhering to all site requirements and assigned routes, abiding by all traffic laws
  • Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities
  • Effectively build relationships with hospital staff and fellow team members
  • Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Other duties as assigned
