Requirements

Valid CDL driver’s license with airbrake endorsement required and must meet the requirements of company Motor Vehicle Record Policy.
Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
Must have prior customer service experience.
Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and/ or executes written, verbal and/or demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
High school dipmloma or equvalent required.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time without difficulty.
Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Transports guests in a safe manner while adhering to all established rules and regulations.
Displays prompt, courteous and efficient services to patrons.
Greet arriving and departing guests.
Reports all unsafe and/or mechanical problems of shuttle to Director.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including light cleaning and light maintenance on vehicles.
Is knowledgeable of and actively promotes company marketing and promotional events and is proficient in answering guest questions.
Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
Will deal with all types of guest-related situations in a professional, courteous manner and will relay all guest compliments and complaints to department management.
Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
