About The Position

Resort Lifestyle Communities is accepting applications for a part-time Shuttle Bus Driver. As the Shuttle Bus Driver you will provide transportation services to Residents in a safe, friendly and timely manner so they can live life worry-free. This role will foster positive relationships with Residents, Community Team Members, and stakeholders in the surrounding area.

Requirements

• Eagerness to be prompt and professional in a service setting.
• At least 24 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to respond to Residents and Guests in a positive and polite manner.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the local area sufficient to plan the most efficient routes to desired destinations.
• Ability to read and follow maps (electronic and paper-based).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transport of Residents to appointments and other outings daily.
• Provide superb customer service to our Residents and stakeholders.
• Have a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of our Residents, your passengers.
• Perform light maintenance or custodial duties as assigned during non-driving times.
