About The Position

This position is responsible for operating Mt. Hood Meadows shuttles while also providing the highest possible levels of service, efficiency, and safety for guests and team members. As a shuttle bus driver, you will help provide excellent customer service by shuttling our guests to and from parking lots, as well as supporting other team members by transporting them to and from the mountain. This is more than just a driving job, it's a chance to be part of an energetic, guest-focused team in an unforgettable alpine setting. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position.

Requirements

• Must have verifiable and valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to pass a driver background check.
• Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable interacting with the public using verbal communication.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience operating passenger shuttles.
• Previous experience operating vehicles in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mt. Hood Meadows shuttles safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Transport guests to and from parking lots.
• Support team members by transporting them to and from the mountain.
• Work outdoors in adverse winter weather conditions.
