About The Position

This position works with individuals with disabilities and staff in Shredding and serves as a CSR (Driver). Does not require a CDL. Our drivers are typically back from routes by 3:00pm. However, the routes take longer on occasion. NO WEEKENDS.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED
• Some experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Skills and/or training in customer service
• Able to maintain security of confidential information and follow security protocols
• Must be able to complete and pass a Criminal Background Investigation and drug screening
• Able to drive a box truck and obtain a class D WV Drivers License
• Pass a DOT medical certification with no restrictions
• Pass a functional capacity test

Responsibilities

• Operate Sorting and Shredding equipment
• Drive a box truck to service locations and load/unload materials
• Move and maneuver large recycling bins on wheels up to 350 lbs
• Lift and transfer boxed and bagged materials to be shredded
