Computer experience is helpful

Responsibilities

Will report issues/concerns to Supervisor on duty pertaining to personnel, GMP, quality and safety
Setup all equipment and supplies needed to run line.
Ability to operate, clean and maintain shred line equipment, this includes but not limited to…. B2D Robots, Conveyors from KD to Hayssen, Cuber, Shredders, Cellulose applicator, Tumbler and Scales.
Responsible for generating and documenting production records, and supporting the Hayssen Operator
Will check and verify all codes, labels, and packaging as needed
Will verify that correct cheese and vats are being packed within specifications supporting the team in Knock Down
Responsible for reading computer print outs and following a designated scheduled
Will ensure communication of product changeovers, products to run before and after changeovers, and duties based on workstation rotation to fellow employees
Will complete quality checks Cubers, Shredders and other equipment as needed
Responsible for taking product samples when needed
Responsible for all department documentation
Ability to work in a safe and sanitary manner in compliance with GMP’s
Work as break relief for other positions in the department
Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and neat work area
Attendance at work is an essential job duty. Job requires regular attendance and work to be performed at the Tulare-Paige plant site.
