About The Position

The I.T. Intern works under the Team Lead or other senior personnel and is involved with many phases of the development process. This individual assists with developing, building, implementing, and maintaining information systems for patient care, financial, clinical, insurance, infrastructure, network, data warehouse, research, and ancillary areas.

Requirements

• Student working toward a bachelor's degree or recent graduate in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Applied Math, Management Information Systems, or Web Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• High grades or evidence of academic success.
• Experience with programming training.
• Knowledge of C++, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience with personal computers with Microsoft operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing information systems for various areas including patient care and financial systems.
• Build and implement information systems as directed by senior personnel.
• Maintain existing information systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
