About The Position
Indochino is seeking a passionate and skilled Showroom Team Lead to join our Atlanta Showroom. In this role, you will be the go-to expert on Indochino's style, design, quality, and service. Your primary responsibility will be to mentor other Style Guides while ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional experience. You will play a crucial role in driving business by focusing on key metrics to meet revenue expectations and achieving daily sales goals. As a Showroom Team Lead, you will assist with the execution of daily operational requirements, including floor management, staff breaks, and daily schedule management. You will supervise the sales floor and provide direct supervision during the absence of the head of the store. Accountability for personal and team metric-based goals is essential, as you will drive results through key performance indicators. You will manage a detailed customer appointment calendar to ensure satisfaction and an unforgettable experience for every customer. In addition to managing customer issues with professionalism and tact, you will be expected to bring feedback and ideas to elevate merchandise and operational efforts. As a subject matter expert on fit, product, and customer experience, you will assist the Showroom Management Team in training and onboarding new Style Guides. This role requires a fashion-conscious, service-oriented individual with strong leadership and people management skills, who can remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
