About The Position
As a Showroom Salesperson, you will provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to our showroom customers. Your role will involve ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction to meet or exceed established sales and gross profit goals, thereby increasing profit sharing. You will warmly welcome each customer, articulate the showroom value proposition, and engage them to show the value you provide. Additionally, you will determine customer needs, direct them to the best products, and keep the sale moving forward. Leveraging Hajoca technology, you will guide product selections, review specifications, pricing, and availability. You will also use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet sales targets, enter sales orders, expedite purchases, and maintain customer engagement throughout their projects. Other responsibilities include processing showroom sale returns, keeping the showroom clean and stocked, joining industry associations, and completing required safety and compliance training.
