Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every 5th Saturday

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
  • Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
  • General digital literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like salesforce.
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
  • Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
  • Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
  • Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
