About The Position

The Showroom Sales Representative at Bedrosians Tile and Stone is responsible for engaging with retail clients and industry professionals to promote the company's product line. Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent and professional phone skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive, willing to take the extra step
• Possesses a flexible work schedule
• Understanding of design and color preferred

Nice To Haves

• College Degree or equivalent
• Design Degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the tile and stone industry is a plus
• Design experience is a plus
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders
• Promote the Bedrosians product line
• Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines
• Develop relationships with industry professionals to increase business
• Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace
• Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation
• Assist branch in meeting monthly sales quotas
• Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
• Work cooperatively in a team environment
• Participate in weekly branch meetings
• Upsell clients when possible
• Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives
• Perform any other duties required of the position
