The Showroom Sales Associate plays a key role in driving showroom sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by proactively initiating sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role supports both walk-in and phone customers while also actively marketing the showroom, building relationships, and developing repeat business with contractors, designers, builders, and homeowners. Using strong product knowledge, consultative selling skills, and attention to detail, the Showroom Sales Associate helps customers select appropriate products, prepares accurate quotes and orders, and manages the sales process from initial engagement through order completion. Success in this role requires a relationship-focused, self-motivated approach to growing showroom traffic and sales, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a “team first” environment and a genuine passion for customer service.
