This is an awesome opportunity to make fantastic money representing a product you can believe in! Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $18 - 24 / hour. Requirements

High School Diploma (Or Equivalent)
Authorized to work in the United States
You're a true people person
Motivated to help build the RBA footprint
Dedicated and dependable team player
Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

To provide support within the fast-paced events & retail marketing teams. Focus will be on interacting with prospective customer base, planning, execution and tracking and fulfillment of marketing materials. Will be tasked with coordination of the showroom schedule, as well as driving traffic to RbA showroom locations.
Demonstrate mastery of key brand details with customers regarding RbA products and the sales process. Expertly guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations. Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.(Includes the set-up, teardown of event and reail booth space as needed)
Support the Event & Retail department independently in various capacities including but not limited to:
Researching & confirming events/retail stores for the company to participate in.
Set up, track and report on marketing efforts and ensure they are properly entered into RbA CRM
Assisting Event & Retail Manager and showroom team with special request, as needed
