Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Mid-level administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a professional and inviting showroom environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and common areas.
• Pro-actively assist the sales team with product orders and quote management.
• Maintain and update customer and prospect information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders, working to resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain and organize sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide support to customers regarding product information, order status, and other inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth coordination of activities that impact sales.
• Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
