About The Position

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to oversee daily operations of a Product Showroom location in Jurupa Valley, CA . This role involves customer service, point-of-sale support, merchandising, inventory, and team management. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Occasional Saturdays during peak seasonal sales events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using tablets or mobile point-of-sale systems.
  • Basic photography and social media posting experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in roles such as Retail Associate, Sales Associate, Merchandising Associate, Customer Service Representative, Brand Ambassador, or Store Support Specialist is a strong plus!

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the showroom daily; maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
  • Oversee showroom floor layout, merchandising signage, and pricing accuracy
  • Sales and Customer Service
  • Inventory Control
  • Assemble and prepare sample products for showroom floor placement.
  • Take daily photos/videos of merchandise and post to social media platforms.
  • Coordinate Will-Call/pick-up orders and assist during showroom promotional events.
  • Restock products and verify price labels/tags as needed.
