The role of the Showroom Manager is to maintain an excellent experience for the guests visiting the Experience & Design Center (EDC) in Napa Valley by engaging team members to optimize the overall performance of the EDC. This person will also play a key role in the management of operational resources, specifically with scheduling, budget forecasting, evaluate resources for ongoing maintenance and further establish positive relationships within the Napa community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree is required
  • minimum of 5 years experience
  • Proficient in MS Office

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in the kitchen appliance industry

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall guest experience for all trainings and events at the EDC so they meet the Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) standards of luxury, respect and excellence
  • Responsible for the overall maintenance and update of the EDC facility as needed to ensure that all products on display are current and performing properly
  • Provide management reports on the overall workforce, budget and EDC performance
  • Develop a positive team environment to encourage collaboration and team support
  • Responsible for the scheduling and team execution of all activities at all SKS Experience Centers/Showrooms and offsite activities that deliver a SKS brand experience within Napa
  • Manage the coordination of training/event agendas and event run of shows
  • Ensure workforce policies are adhered to
  • Become familiar with product training content to be an integral part of all training activities onsite
  • Other duties as needed
