About The Position

Showroom Manager – Decorative Plumbing, Lighting & Hardware Irmo, South Carolina Bath and Bronze is a high-end decorative plumbing and hardware showroom serving homeowners, builders, remodelers, and designers throughout the Columbia market. We are privately owned, performance-driven, and positioned for growth. This leadership role is being posted as part of our planned showroom expansion and future location growth. We are seeking a Showroom Manager who can operate like an owner. This is not a floor coordinator role. This is a revenue, margin, and performance leadership position with direct access to ownership and real authority to shape the business. The Role You will lead showroom sales operations, drive revenue growth, protect gross margin, and build disciplined processes that convert traffic into profitable business. You will recruit and develop sales consultants, manage vendor relationships, grow trade partnerships, and own showroom profitability. You will be accountable for results with minimal oversight. Requirements

  • A proven sales leader with a track record of driving revenue and protecting margin
  • Comfortable managing KPIs and holding yourself and your team accountable
  • Financially disciplined and confident reviewing performance reports
  • Experienced in showroom, retail, or building materials environments
  • Strong relationship builder with designers, builders, and high-end clients
  • Hands-on and willing to lead from the front

Nice To Haves

  • 3 to 5 years of sales management or showroom leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success managing to revenue and margin targets
  • Experience reducing aged inventory or improving sales conversion
  • Familiarity with decorative plumbing, hardware, lighting, or related categories preferred
  • Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with measurable expectations

  • Gross margin performance and pricing discipline
  • Inventory aging control and purchasing discipline
  • CRM pipeline tracking and sales conversion performance
