The Showroom Manager role involves maintaining and operating an excellent showroom environment by ensuring proper display and maintenance of products and fixtures, fulfilling operational hours, and planning and executing best-in-class immersion programs to deliver a positive experience with the SKS brand and products. This role also manages a robust guest and program calendar to meet KPI targets, staying informed about marketing and guest relations events at The Mart, and optimizing showroom performance through proper staffing and culinary resources. As part of the Marketing team, SKS Showroom Managers are expected to represent LG's luxury brand and manage guest relations to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a luxury brand, in or related to the appliance industry and/or luxury showroom or luxury retail store experience
• Must be proficient in MS Office (eg. Excel and PPT)
• Familiar with CRM nomenclature

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate an excellent showroom environment by ensuring all products and fixtures are properly displayed and maintained
• Ensure operational hours are fulfilled
• Plan and execute best-in-class immersion programs
• Deliver a positive and memorable experience with the SKS brand and products
• Manage a robust guest and program calendar to meet guest KPI targets
• Stay on top of all marketing and guest relations events at The Mart
• Manage proper showroom staffing and culinary resources to optimize the overall performance of the showroom
• Represent the luxury brand of LG and manage guest relations at the highest standards
• Be responsible for the overall guest experience for all trainings and events at the showroom so they meet the Signature Kitchen Suite (SKS) standards of luxury, respect and excellence
• Identify the type of program to assign and recommend
• Be responsible for the daily lead captures and requested demos/appointments with showroom digital tools
• Provide regularly scheduled management reports on showroom scheduled/adhoc/private appointments/trainings and daily foot traffic
• Maintain a positive and productive team environment to encourage team support
• Be responsible for the scheduling and team execution of all activities within the showroom
• Ensure products, fixtures, hardware/software tools and workforce policies are up to date
• Be prepared to be the SKS Brand Ambassador at The Mart
• Immediately become an appliance and home living solutions subject matter expert (on SKS) to be an integral part of all training activities onsite
• Perform other duties as needed
