About The Position

The Showroom Liaison at California Closets plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional brand experience to customers. This position is primarily focused on assisting customers and ensuring that appointment scheduling is completed efficiently and accurately, whether through phone, email, or in-person interactions at the showroom. The Liaison serves as the first point of contact for clients visiting the showroom, greeting them warmly and providing necessary assistance, including managing the guestbook and offering refreshments. This role is vital in maintaining the showroom's environment, ensuring it is clean and welcoming, and adhering to the maintenance checklist as directed by leadership. In addition to customer interaction, the Showroom Liaison is responsible for answering incoming calls and emails directed to the local scheduling office or showrooms, addressing client needs promptly. The Liaison collaborates closely with the Centralized Scheduling team, communicating daily about any issues related to the accuracy of scheduled consultations. Administrative duties may also be assigned, which could include online social media support, managing warranties, handling trade packages, and providing additional sales support. The Liaison may assist the Sales Manager in training and educating Design Consultants on Central Scheduling processes, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet client expectations. This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime, and is structured around a Tuesday to Saturday workweek from 10 AM to 4 PM. The pay for this role is set at $18 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
