About The Position

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and professional Showroom Greeter to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for customers entering our dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we would love to meet you! Special note: This position is part-time with 10-15 hours per week and the starting pay is minimum wage. This position is perfect for a retired person looking for way to stay active and earn extra income.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexible availability, including Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance
Direct customers to the appropriate sales representatives and departments
Stocking the customer snacks and beverages
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Assist with clerical tasks as needed and support the sales team
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience
Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
