The Showroom Experience Manager manages all aspects of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning. The Showroom Experience Manager promotes the use of the facility as a showroom and reference for Architects and Designers, End Users, Dealer Partners, Regional Sales Teams, and all internal and external stakeholders. The Showroom Experience Manager has the primary responsibility for managing the showroom operations, overall visitor experience, and enabling the sales of our products. This responsibility includes effective supervision of showroom activities, supporting our sales reps through sales enablement, adherence to company policies and procedures, and financial objectives, leveraging a broad range of independent discretion and decision making within the showroom. Our Showroom Experience Manager helps strategically describe and educate about our multi-branded products and processes and hosts our customers to create strong and lasting relationships. This position requires multi-tasking, organizational skills, analytical skills, managing skills, and accountability. It requires strategic thinking, decision making and problem solving, sales skills, design and technical background for specification work, and financial expertise to manage vendors and invoices.
