About The Position
Ferguson is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our Sales Support Program, designed for individuals looking to start their sales career with one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing wholesale distribution organizations. This position is based in Franklin, MA, and operates on a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' needs are met by working closely with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants. Your responsibilities will include performing various administrative functions that support the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will assist in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions, such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and recommending the best products and solutions to meet customer needs. You will also present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information to customers, utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
