The Showroom Coordinator/Receptionist responds to customer inquiries and ensures that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential.

Requirements

Six (6) months experience as Client Care Center Scheduler.
A professional will the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
A professional with the ability to read comprehend written instructions and information.
A professional with the ability to work independently, multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent communicator to support relationships with all staff, clients, visitors.
Positive attitude.
Strong work ethic.
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment.
Pre-Employment testing includes a background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls to Showroom
Making appointments
Taking messages for Sales Team
Welcome clients as they enter the showroom.
Professional attitude.
Answering any questions.
Directing clients to the appropriate Salesperson or location.
Become active participant in skills and knowledge enhancement with a growth mindset: by attending Schumacher University, brand webinars and trainings, staying abreast of current state of automotive industry standards and strategies.
Walking short distances repeatedly throughout the day to assist clients, staff, and visitors.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
