We're looking for a Showroom Assistant who takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience and thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment. About the Role As a Showroom Assistant, you're the heartbeat of our daily showroom operations. You'll work closely with our sales team and clients to keep things running smoothly — from welcoming guests and managing appointment flow to processing transactions and keeping our showroom looking its best. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, genuinely people-oriented, and eager to grow within a premium retail environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a showroom environment preferred
  • Warm, professional communication skills — in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic setting
  • Comfortable with POS systems and basic computer tools
  • A team-first attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping people
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and set the tone for an exceptional showroom experience
  • Manage client appointment flow and coordinate scheduling for the sales team
  • Support sales staff with order follow-ups, quotations, purchase orders, and returns
  • Assist clients with product and order inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Help maintain the showroom's visual standards, including display upkeep and updates
  • Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage
  • Collaborate with the team to hit sales targets and continuously improve client satisfaction
  • Stay current on Studio Belmont's brands, products, and internal processes
  • Uphold company policies related to customer service, safety, and security
