We provide a comprehensive training program that includes models, systems, tools, coaching, and accountability to ensure your success as a Showing Assistant. In this role, you will participate in our New Agent Launch program, which spans 86 days and equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in today's competitive real estate market. During this period, the average agent closes approximately 3.4 transactions, demonstrating the effectiveness of our training. You will work closely with sales agents to assist buyers in finding their ideal homes, providing detailed feedback to refine their search criteria. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the real estate process. We emphasize a strong work ethic and commitment to team activities, including client events, script practice, and lead generation. You will be expected to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation, and we will provide you with the necessary scripts and training to succeed. Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and training will help you stay on track and develop a structured approach to your work.
