Requirements
- Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and scheduling tools
- Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn from experienced mentors
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on client needs
Responsibilities
- Accompany and assist seasoned agents with property showings
- Provide neighborhood and property insights to help clients make informed decisions
- Communicate promptly with clients and lead agents to ensure seamless service
- Support open houses, client events, and occasional team initiatives
- Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Shadow and collaborate with lead agents to gain valuable sales and negotiation experience
- Build and nurture your own pipeline of clients as you grow within Thrive
