About The Position
Visiting Angels offers non- medical In-home care for our elder loved ones. A Visiting Angels Caregivers' purpose is to provide assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, errands, and meal management. We also provide protective oversight for our vulnerable clients, assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, and most importantly companionship for our dear clients. We do all of this to help our clients continue to live and age safely in their beloved home. Starting Pay $17.50 Per Hour Part Time shifts Available in the Show Low, AZ area. We work with our applicants to create a set schedule that fits your lifestyle as well as the needs of our Clients. Paid in-service Trainings each year to further your Caregiving Career Paid New Hire Orientation Reimbursed Mileage to our remote client's homes New Hire Mentorship Program - New Hire Caregivers are assigned a Senior Mentor Caregiver in their area to provide support during the first weeks in the field
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have personal reliable transportation.
- Must have a Smart Phone.
- Must be comfortable with assisting in Hygiene Care.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be comfortable assisting with the following or willing to learn how to: Cooking, Light Housekeeping, Menu Planning, Errands and Appointments, Fall Prevention, Transfers, Companionship and Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living.
