About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Shotcreter/Nozzleman to join our team in Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying shotcrete in various construction sites, ensuring high-quality results while adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in shotcrete application or a related field.
• Certification from the American Concrete Institute (ACI) or similar organization is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in confined spaces.
• Good physical stamina and understanding of concrete technology.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate the nozzle to spray shotcrete onto surfaces such as walls and other structures.
• Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free of loose material before applying shotcrete.
• Batch, mix, and transport shotcrete materials to the work site.
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walls, and sidewalks.
• Maintain and clean equipment, including compressors, hoses, and nozzles.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
