About The Position

As a Shot Crewmember at Two Eight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and setting up shot blasting equipment Operating shot blasting machinery safely and efficiently Inspecting surfaces to ensure they meet required specifications Performing routine maintenance on equipment Assisting with loading and unloading materials Following all safety protocols and procedures Traveling to various job sites (30% travel required) At Two Eight, we pride ourselves on our strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment to delivering quality.
