About The Position

Join The Shore Room to be part of North County's first oceanfront bar. It's refined coastal lounge atmosphere has breathtaking views of San Diego's North Shore. The ideal spot where guests can enjoy crafted cocktails and a bite as the sun sets over the Pacific. Server Assistants are responsible for assisting the server with guest selections and presenting food and beverage preferences.

Requirements

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Punctual and reliable.
Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling, and simple grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.
3 years experience in F&B.
Ability to take direction.
Must be available weekends.
