As a Shopper, you play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest Quality, Variety, and Service — whether they shop in-store, curbside, or delivery.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Customer-first mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry products throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and team-oriented
• At least 21 years of age due to age-restricted product requirements

• Retail or grocery experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Select and prepare customer orders for curbside pickup and delivery
• Accurately choose items based on customer preferences and quality standards
• Inspect products to ensure freshness and quality
• Communicate with customers regarding substitutions when needed
• Stage and organize completed orders for pickup or delivery
• Support in-store customers when assistance is needed
• Help maintain clean, organized shelves and displays
• Assist other departments as needed
