The Shopper Marketing Manager will have a dual reporting line into the Trade Marketing Director and ShopCom Director. He/she will be responsible for developing the shopper marketing strategies and programs that drive in-store traffic and velocities, improved merchandising, and greater buyer conversion of our brands at the point of purchase. The position partners with brands, agencies, Ecommerce partners, Trade Marketing and Sales teams to translate insights into retailer programs that deliver a win for the customer, the consumer and the Ferrero company. The position will be Hybrid, based in our US Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ office.
