About The Position

CP: is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shopify & E-Commerce Operations Administrator to manage order processing, invoicing, customer confirmations, and backend Shopify operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate invoicing, and exceptional customer communication. If you are disciplined, responsive, and comfortable working independently during evening hours — this position is for you. 🕒 Work Schedule 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time) Monday: Day Off Remote Position

Responsibilities

  • Shopify Order Management
  • Review and monitor incoming Shopify orders
  • Verify product details, weights, custom requests
  • Update order status in real-time
  • Manage cancellations or modifications
  • Invoice Creation & Closing
  • Create invoices accurately based on custom meat orders
  • Send payment links to customers
  • Track payments (Zelle, card, etc.)
  • Close and mark invoices after confirmation
  • Maintain organized invoice logs
  • Customer Confirmation & Communication
  • Contact customers via WhatsApp, phone, or email to:
  • Confirm order details
  • Clarify custom cuts or quantities
  • Confirm pickup/delivery timing
  • Handle polite follow-ups for pending confirmations
  • Maintain professional tone and brand voice
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain daily order tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with store butcher and delivery team
  • Flag urgent or high-value orders
  • Report daily summary to admin/owner
