About The Position
We are looking for a UX Designer that enjoys inventing and simplifying for our customers throughout their online Fashion shopping journey. As a UX Designer at Shopbop, you will act as a customer advocate by surfacing the customer perspective through user research and usability studies, and presenting insights to leadership to influence decisions and prioritization. The ideal candidate is a mobile first design thinker who creates cohesive responsive design across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile, etc). You have a strong visual design background with passion for online shopping experience design, especially apparel/fashion. You pursue opportunities to create beautiful and easy-to-use patterns that customers recognize, while raising the bar on design and front-end solutions. You are a self-starter with strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, attention to detail, and knowledge of standard web and mobile components and patterns.
