A successful candidate for this position would be an experienced SHOP Trailer Mechanic , with a strong understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and repair. Requirements
- Must be an experienced Shop Trailer Mechanic.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a physical and drug screen.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose malfunctions on all trailer systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair and replace defective components.
- Perform regular check-ups and preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including: ABS, air brakes, frame, body, suspension and electrical systems.
- Coordinate with other staff, receive & execute work instruction in a timely & proper manner.
- Help maintain positive working relationships with current customers.
