About The Position
Alamo Turbocharger Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shop Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Located in Kent, WA, we specialize in the supply and repair of marine, on-road, and off-road turbochargers. With over 30 years in the industry, our mission is the Relentless Pursuit of Excellence, and we pride ourselves on fostering long-term employee relationships. This position primarily involves bench work in a machine shop setting, where you will be responsible for disassembling and evaluating turbochargers and cores. You will also clean and compile components for assembly, ensuring that all parts meet our high standards of quality. The work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime required. The wage range for this position is between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour, depending on your experience. Alamo Turbocharger Services Inc. provides full training for the role, but a mechanical background is essential. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and possess a clean driving record, as you may need to travel to Canada for occasional deliveries.
