About The Position

Northern Gulf Services is currently hiring a shop technician to join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

General Responsibilities:

· Oversee and maintain the plant processing operations, to include all offloading, processing, and outbound load SOPs and controls.

· Helps to implement and maintain plant maintenance and upgrades, record tracking and submission.

· Help to implement and maintain plant safety protocols, following best practices.

· Help to implement and maintain reporting systems for all UCO inventory, supplies inventory and tool inventory.

· Maintains the plant and yard in good working order, ensuring that all plant processes and guidelines are being maintained.

· Supports GM and business operations coordinator in the general supervision, improvement, and growth of the market’s plant.

· Maintains bin inventory, including the cleaning and minor repair of collection bins.

· Cleans trucks and reports any concerns or potential issues to location management.

· Completes all paperwork as assigned and directed

· Other duties and tasks assigned by location management

Requirements

• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Existing TWIC Card required or the ability to obtain one.
