About the role: As a Shop Tech I, QC Inspector, you will start on a 12-month contract. This position is onsite at New Stanton, PA location and will report to Sr Manager, Quality.
Requirements
- 6 months-2 years inspection experience required with demonstrated inspection skills.
- An understanding of commercial nuclear industry or other regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Organize work related to customer order deliveries including reviewing inspection files against customer requirements, completing packaging and labeling requirements, and scanning/archiving documentation packages.
- Perform inspections according to documented procedures and industry practices.
- You shall familiarize themselves with the inspection tools and equipment to use and shall use them proficiently.
- Physically measuring the product with measuring equipment.
- Visual inspections per design documents.
- Crimp, Solder, and assembly verifications per design specifications and expertise standards.
- Looking for defects in the product.
