The Shop Systems Administrator at GreatWater 360 Auto Care provides first-line technical and application support to teammates across our network of automotive service locations and support offices. This role is critical to keeping shop teams productive by quickly resolving technology and application issues related to Protractor, 360 Payments, AutoServe1, Steer, and AutoOps. While the primary focus is application and shop systems support, this position also offers opportunities to assist with broader IT initiatives and general technical support as needed. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, calm under pressure, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a strong appreciation for system uptime in a fast-paced, multi-location operational environment.
