Requirements

• 3+ years diesel technician experience
• Customer service experience

Nice To Haves

• Class A CDL License
• Management/ Supervisory experience not required but strongly preferred
• High school diploma/GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Plan shop workflow
• Audit repairs
• Order Parts
• Assist technicians with repairs
• Perform maintenance on heavy duty vehicles
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
