About The Position

The Shop Service Technician II - Utility Truck is responsible for conducting all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies. The technician will attend and complete required training classes, maintain a necessary set of tools, diagnose and perform repairs on equipment, and ensure documentation of repairs is completed accurately. The role requires a commitment to safety, effective communication, and a results-oriented approach while working in a team environment. The technician will also monitor job expenses and contribute to team efforts by mentoring others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II.
• Ability to comprehend written material and communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant dealer software programs.

Responsibilities
