About The Position

The Shop Service Technician I - Power Systems is responsible for conducting all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies. The technician will attend and complete required training classes, maintain necessary tools for job performance, and diagnose and perform repairs on customer or company-owned equipment. The role involves inspecting components, documenting repairs, monitoring job expenses, and contributing positively to team efforts. The technician may also train or mentor others and assume supervisory responsibilities temporarily as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5-6 years of experience in a related field.
• Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech I.
• Ability to comprehend written material and communicate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant dealer software.
• Successfully completed relevant specialized equipment technical courses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all assigned work safely and adhere to safety policies.

• Train and mentor others in the department.
